You CANNOT beat the location as it is central to everything there is to see and do in Rome and a couple blocks from public transportation. Everyone was incredibly kind and prompt with their service. A special shout out to Jose, who made my stay at H10 Palazzo feel like home. There was always a warm greeting anytime I arrived or departed the hotel and I will be sure to stay at the H10 Palazzo on my next visit to Rome. DON'T MISS THE ROOFTOP AT SUNSET/SUNRISE. What a view. FOR BUSINESS TRAVELERS: The included Wi-Fi was exceptional as I had to take many ZOOM calls during my visit and the rooms were set up with proper desks and a strong connection to see this through. Highly recommend.

Location, location, location! 4-minute walk to Rome’s famous shopping street, 6-minute walk to the Trevi fountain, & 12-minute walk to the Colosseum! The staff made our stay to the Eternal City even more special by providing flowers & balloons to help celebrate our occasion.

Location-wise is so good that you can walk to Colosseo, Pantheon, and Trevi Fountain in 10-15 mins. Everything in hotel is great and new. Breakfast menu is pretty good, offering different kind of food so you won’t get bored if you stay more than 1 night.

We stayed for 6 nights with family of 5, loved this hotel, the perfect location for visiting Rome in walking distance to all main landmarks, very professional yet super friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast experience and awesome view from roof garden. Nice style to rooms, immaculately clean and real comfortable bed👌 At breakfast, the waiter overheard my daughter celebrating our wedding anniversary and without saying anything arrived out a few minutes later with a sponge/fresh fruit cake and glasses of wine for our table, it was a lovely gesture and sums up the staff. ❤️

I cannot say enough good things about this stay! I’ve stayed at a few different 4 and 5 stars in Rome and this was by far the best (better than the 5 star also). The location is amazing yet a quiet room. The rooftop has amazing views and the staff were so warm and attentive the whole stay. Highly recommend.

The location was perfect—only about a 5 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain and several other beautiful sights in Rome. The rooftop view is amazing, as well! We loved enjoying an afternoon glass of wine up there. The staff was the other incredible part of this hotel. They were all so helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

The location is top notch and the rooftop attests to this, as you have views of the colessum on one side and the Monument of Victor Emanuel II on the other! It's walkable to ALL attractions and shopping. My first impression was that of the doorman. We were early for check in and told to just take a seat as they were busy seeing to other guests. Straight away the doorman offered us coffee and drinks and was very welcoming. The room was large, very clean and with a most gorgeous view. Every staff member we came into contact with was extremely friendly and helpful. We would most definitely stay here again!

The H10 Palazzo Galla is a new four-star superior hotel, and it deserves this rating, as it is the perfect place to stay in the center of beautiful Rome. The service is first class, the rooms are clean, well designed and equipped with everything you need. The roof terrace certainly has one of the best views in Rome, you can see everything from the Colosseum to the Pantheon and St. Peter's, just amazing. The overall experience was great and we try our best to come back as soon as possible.
